• No more than 10 photos per page due to page load speed and Search Engine Optimization.

The Typical website has 5 pages (home, about us, services, location/contact us, rates/quotes). It is just a standard Information site informing of product and/or service lines and is NOT selling anything online.

The Cost

• $299 one time start-up fee.
• $100 for each page developed for the site.
• $25 monthly hosting.
• $15 Domain/s renewal the following year/s.
• After year one, contracts can be signed for $25 a month for hosting fees. Unsigned hosting fee is $40 a month.
• One month of free updates when starting up.
• $35 / hr for all updates to site (after the one month free start up)

Big Business Plan

E-commerce and Magento Sites are available with similar plans.  (selling online)
Each site has variations to them due to quantity of items.  A sales representative will be happy to help you with this.

Extra Options

• Add a Social Marketing plan to your monthly payments.  Packages start as low as $49 a month.
• $49 for a PayPal Intergration, BUY NOW or SUBCRIBE added to a page.
• Some extra costs may come if you want a flash piece made or if you wish for a extensive communication form built.
• $79 - SSL 256k alfa certified certificate and installation for 1st year.  Renewal is $39.
• $149 for 1-5 users set up fee for Google Apps (All fees NOT paid to Construct Media International but to google) 6 plus users is $199.

Important Information

• All stock photos needed for site are at your own cost.  All clients must supply photos with appropriate authorization for use.
• All reoccurring monthly payments are recommended to be made via Paypal or Interbank Transfer. In some cases post dated cheques are accepted.
